After we have examined your equipment we will recommend what we call a fixed rate service package.  Service rates are NOT charged by the hour and are tailored to your situation making any equipment cost effective to repair.

Need us on site FAST ? We are on call standing by and can be onsite and fix your equipment the same or next day you call. The price of this service goes toward cost of travel and vehicle maintenance.

Software & Hardware Quick Fixes - 1 hour or less.

We speak in tech language you can understand and sometimes issues are not a hardware or software failure but simply a frustrated user whose equipment is not set up correctly, require a little advice, maybe not using the correct software, or just have questions. We can help at an affordable price. Some Examples of this service include password removal, software install or repair, wireless router config and setup, printer will not print and other issues may qualify. We can transfer all your data from your old computer, setup your wireless network and file sharing. If you choose tech505 for your new HP, Dell, Sony or Acer computer, we will install and setup for free.

Windows or Mac OS installed or reinstalled

If your computer requires the operating system to be restored, We go the extra mile by also setting it up for you. This includes plugging in all the wires, reinstalling your printer, installing all Windows/Mac updates, Installing required software such as Java, Adobe reader and flash player.

Date backups, transfers and recovery

Have you lost your data, deleted or formatted your hard drive? Wait! let us try and recover it. If we cant, no charges. We also transfer data from old computers to new or on external media devices. How often do you backup your PC? If it were to crash or be stolen, would you lose important data? We recommend installing a rewritable DVD burner or an external hard drive. In addition to helping you to backup your data safely, we also offer data-recovery services that can try to recover lost files resulting from hardware malfunctions, software conflicts, or viruses.
