Problem: Laser shutter lug brakes which pushes the scanner shutter open when front door is closed.

Solution: In most cases parts are to required.  On the right hand side on the door there should be a lug which pushes the scanner shutter when closed. I have them break before. If damaged you will require PN: RM1-1307

About 30 min Labor to repair.
